How do I choose a music box?

Compare the melody, mechanism, dimensions and photographs. Select the required variant before adding the item to your basket. The specification table describes the actual model.

Can I hear the tune?

Many product pages include an audio or video preview. Use the player where available. A mechanical arrangement is a short interpretation of a melody rather than a complete studio recording.

Is every box personalised?

No. Personalisation is available only where stated for the individual product. A choice of standard designs or melodies is not the same as custom engraving or a newly arranged song.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free in Canada and CA$20 per order to other supported countries. The basket shows the delivery charge before payment.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 7 to 21 working days from purchase. Delivery takes place within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Several items may arrive separately.

How do I request a return?

Email contact@ca.musicboxhaven.com with your order reference. Returns are handled by email. See the returns policy for cancellation periods and personalised-item exceptions.

Which payment methods can I use?

Are music boxes toys?

Not all music boxes are toys. Check the model’s age guidance and instructions, especially for decorative pieces, small parts, batteries and moving mechanisms.
