Products and your order

These terms apply to purchases through ca.musicboxhaven.com. Read the product description, dimensions, melody details and selected variant before ordering. A collection name describes a theme; it does not add features that are absent from an individual product listing.

Review your basket, delivery address and contact details before paying. Your order confirmation records the items, quantities and amount paid. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, is shown before payment. Canada delivery is free; other supported destinations cost CA$20 per order. Available payment methods are shown on the secure Stripe checkout page. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Delivery

Allow 7 to 21 working days from purchase. Goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you. Items from one order may arrive separately. See Delivery and shipping for details. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address or a delivery problem.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Eligible online purchases can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Personalised goods are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Faulty or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your statutory rights. The returns policy explains notification, postage and refunds.

Use and care

Follow the instructions supplied with your product. Decorative music boxes are not automatically children’s toys. Observe any age guidance, battery precautions and handling instructions. Do not force a winding key or crank handle. Features such as lighting, storage and personalisation apply only where stated for the chosen model.

Questions and complaints

Email contact@ca.musicboxhaven.com with your order reference and a description of your concern. We will review the information and work with you towards an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law of their place of residence.

Your consumer rights

Our voluntary return policy does not limit rights that apply under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory. If an item is defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected, including for personalised items.
